Obituary of Alton "Al" Royce Whealton ~ 2010

ALLIANCE - Alton "Al" Royce Whealton, 49, died Saturday, March 27, 2010, 
in Cape May, N.J.  
He was a member of Alliance United Methodist Church. 
He was an avid Nascar fan as well as a Harley Davidson enthusiast.  
He is survived by his stepfather and mother, George and Luray Jones of 
Alliance; his significant other, Charlene "Charlie" Miller; two sons, 
Jaron Whealton and wife, Anna, and their son, Royce, of Alliance, and 
Japeth Whealton of the home; one daughter, Gabriel "Brie" Dudley-Whealton 
of Bridgeton; two brothers, Dale Keith Wilkinson and Dean Jones and 
daughter, Skylar, of Alliance; and one sister, Beth Bynum and her 
children, Allen, Bryce and Caylee, all of Alliance.  
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, April 2, at Bryant 
Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Mike Roach officiating.  
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the 
funeral home.
