ORIENTAL - Alvin Raymond "Al" Farrington, 76, died Saturday, Nov. 24, 2007,
at his home. 
A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2007, at 
Oriental United Methodist Church with the Rev. Walter Graves officiating. 
The committal will be in Point Pleasant, N.J., at a later date. 
He is survived by one son, Ricky Farrington of Beachwood, N.J.; three 
daughters, Cheryl Mitchell of Point Pleasant, N.J., Lauren Farrington of 
Webberville, Texas, and Tracy Laughinghouse of Point Pleasant, N.J.; three 
brothers, William Farrington of Williamston, James Farrington of Toms 
River, N.J., and John Farrington of Florida; one sister, Janet Clayton of 
Toms River, N.J.; loving friend, Mary Spruill of Oriental; six 
grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. 
The family will receive friends at the church fellowship hall following 
the memorial service.
