AURORA - Arnetha Gardner Moore, 66, of 1799 Bay City Road, died Monday, 
May 30, 2011, at Beaufort County Medical Center.  
A native of Pamlico County, she was a member of St. Peter's Baptist Church 
Ministries, Inc. and served as a Sunday school teacher. 
She was also a minister at St. Cindy M.B. Church in Blounts Creek.  
Her funeral will be held noon Friday, at St. Peter's Baptist Church 
Ministries, Inc. Royal Community, Aurora with the Rev. Barry Squires 
officiating. Burial will be in the Idalia Cemetery.  
She is survived by her husband, Cleveland A. Moore of the home; one son, 
Cleveland A. Moore, Jr. of Aurora; two daughters, Toni Moore and Subrenia, 
both of Aurora; three brothers, Alfred Gardner Jr. of Grantsboro, David 
Gardner of New Bern and Hubert Gardner of Fort Worth, Texas; nine sisters, 
Janie G. Glasper of Grantsboro, Agnes Kornegay, Shirleen Squires, Rachel 
Austin-Clyburn and Ella Gardner, all of Greensboro, Linda Yancey of 
McLeansville, Lillie Lyons of Wilmington, Marilyn Gardner of Grifton and 
Novella Green of Norriston, Pa.  
The family will receive friends at the residence. Viewing will be from 10 
a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday, at the funeral home and one hour prior to the 
service at the church.
