Benjamin "Frankie" Sawyer, 70, of 13170 N.C. Highway 55 East, Alliance, 
died Monday, May 12, 2008, at Craven Regional Medical Center.  
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, May 16, 2008, at Bryant 
Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jeff Swain officiating. Interment will 
be in Tyndall Cemetery.  
He is survived by his brother, William B. Sawyer of Alliance; and three 
sisters, Marguerite Sawyer and Lydia Connett, both of Alliance, and 
Mildred Phillips of Fort Barnwell.
