Obituary of Benny P. Brady ~ 2005

Benny P. Brady of Flint, age 70, went home to be with the Lord, Monday, 
December 19, 2005 at her residence. Funeral service will be held at 1PM, 
Thursday December 22, 2005 at Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, 
Reverend Joyce Seaton-Lotter officiating.  Burial in Flint Memorial Park. 
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Family Worship Center in 
Swartz Creek. Visitation 2-5 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday and 1-4 p.m. and 6-8
p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. 
Mrs. Brady was born in Pamlico County, North Carolina on September 17, 1935
and was a resident of the Flint area since 1954. She married Homer Brady on
October 13, 1952. She was long time member and Assistant Pastor at the 
Family Worship Center. She and her husband dedicated their lives to working
in the ministry. Mrs. Brady had a tax preparation business from her home 
for many years. 
Surviving are husband, Homer; 4 children, Wayne Brady of Flint, Ali and 
husband Dave Rood of Vermontville, Michigan, Lisa and husband Gregory 
Norris of Swartz Creek, Floyd Brady of Flint; 15 grandchildren; 1 
great-grandson; sister, Lindsey Lewis of North Carolina; 2 brothers, 
Thomas and wife Dora Pickles of North Carolina, John and wife Cindy Pickles
of North Carolina; many nieces and nephews. 
The Brady family wishes to express a special thank-you to the entire Family 
Worship Center church family and the whole Pentecostal Church of God.
