GRANTSBORO - Bertie Scott Hall, 96, of Grantsboro died Saturday, June 28 at
her home. 
A funeral service is scheduled for Wednesday, July 2, 11 am, at Amity 
Christian Church with the Rev. Lynn Maxwell officiating with burial in the 
Church Cemetery.  She was a lifelong member of Amity Christian Church.  
She is survived by three sons, R. Fulton and Rusty Hall, both of 
Grantsboro, and Robert Hall of Belhaven; one daughter, Melba H. Barker of 
Silverhill; one stepdaughter, Lillie Jones of Four Oaks; 14 grandchildren; 
24 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
