Charles Kelly Dunn Jr., 83, died April 3, 1992, in a hospital.
Mr. Dunn was born in Pamlico County. He was the founder of Guardian Corp., 
former owners and operators of Guardian Care nursing homes, and had 
retired as chairman. He helped form City Ambulance Service and A-D 
Surgical Supply Co. He was an Army veteran of World War II and was the 
widower of Ineze Dail Dunn.
The graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in Ayden Cemetery. 
Memorial donations may be made to North Carolina Wesleyan College or 
Chowan College. Farmer Funeral Home, Ayden, is handling arrangements.
