ORIENTAL - Charles F. "Charlie" Whitcomb, 76, of Oriental died Tuesday, 
March 18 at Craven Regional Medical Center. 
He was a US Navy veteran of WWII, Mason and a captain in the Merchant 
Marines.  
He is survived by two sons, Seth Whitcomb of Cordova, TN and Grant 
Whitcomb of Jensen Beach, FL; and one sister, Leslie Eyman of Louisiana.
