Obituary of Cheryl Buttocovoli Driscoll ~ 2002

Cheryl "Bea" Driscoll (nee Buttocovoli), 42, of Merritt, NC died February 
27, 2002 at UNC Hospital at Chapel Hill, NC.  She was a native of Nesco 
and moved to the Pamlico County community of Paradise Shores, NC five 
years ago.
She is survived by her life partner, Robert Chandler of the home; her 
mother, Shirley Smith of Nesco; her father and step-mother, Paul and 
Kathy Buttocovoli, Sr. of Missouri; a brother, Paul Buttocovoli, Jr., 
his wife Kathy and niece, Emily of Absecon; a brother, John Buttocovoli, 
of Nesco; a brother, Josh Buttocovoli, his wife, Marcy, niece Alysa and 
nephew Josh, Jr. of Williamstown; and step-son, Randy Driscoll of New 
Gretna. She is also survived by Robert Chandler's mother and step-father, 
Mary and Dale Reinhardt of Arapahoe, NC; his brother and wife, Ralph and 
Lynn Chandler and daughter Ashley; his sister and husband, Sharon and Don 
Ross.  In addition to her immediate family, she leaves numerous friends 
and relatives all of whom she touched with her generosity, her humor, 
her selfless spirit and most of all, her love of life. She leaves behind 
a profound sense of loss to everyone who knew her. "She never met a 
stranger."
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 5 from 6 to 8 p.m. at 
the Nesco Methodist Church in Nesco. A buffet will be served immediately 
afterward in the church hall.
