RALEIGH - Connis Ray Dudley, 52, of 4807 Blue Bird Court, died Friday, 
Aug. 19, 2005, at his residence.
A native of Bayboro, he was a graduate of Pamlico High School Class of 
1970 and N.C. State University Class of 1974. He was a 26-year employee 
with the N.C. Department of Revenue as a communication supervisor. 
He was a member of Greenhill M. B. Church, Bayboro.  
Funeral will be noon Saturday at St. Mark A.M.E. Zion Church, Bayboro 
with the Rev. Kenneth Bell officiating.  
Burial will be in McKinley Dudley Cemetery, Bayboro.  
He is survived by his mother, Ellen Dudley of Bayboro; brothers, Gregory 
E. Dudley of Aurora, Rodney D. Dudley of Colorado Springs, Colo., Johnnie 
L. Credle and George T. Credle of Mesic, Kelvin Credle of Bayboro and 
Hugh C. Credle of Roanoke Rapids; sisters, Clara B. Jones and Leola C. 
Blount of Mesic, Phyllis C. Jones of Maribel, Aljournia C. Moore of 
Grantsboro, Pearlie C. Steele of Durham, and Valerie Credle of New Bern.  
The family will receive friends at the residence of his mother, 418 
Chinchilla Drive and from 6 to 7 p.m. today at Oscar's Mortuary, Inc.
