MERRITT - Cora M. Hamilton Miller, 50, of 404 Spruill Road died Sunday, 
April 24. 
A funeral service was held Friday, April 29, 2 pm, at New Bern Eastern 
Missionary Baptist headquarters, Grantsboro, with the Rev. Tony Credle 
officiating. Burial was in Keystown Cemetery, Grantsboro.  
She was a member of West Branch Missionary Baptist Church.  
She is survived by her widow, Wade Miller, III of the home; two sons, 
Obrian Smith of Greenville and Timothy Smith of the home; parents, Robert 
Hamilton, Sr. and Eula Mae Hamilton of Grantsboro; three brothers, Robert 
Hamilton, Jr. of Quitman, GA, Bobby Hamilton of Greensboro and Don Harris
of New Bern; two sisters, Barbara Jean Hamilton of Detroit, Mich. and 
Mary Ann Cutler of Greensboro; and two grandchildren.
