Danny P. Watson, 64, of 1312 Peace Road, New Bern formerly of Lowland, 
died Wednesday, December 30, 2009 at CarolinaEast Medical Center.  
He was a member of Ruth’s Chapel Free Will Baptist Church in New Bern.  
He is survived by his wife, Linda Watson; two daughters, Mable Yaeger and 
Crystal Abbott; one brother, the Rev. Nick Watson; and one grandchild.  
A funeral service was held Monday, January 04 at Ruth’s Chapel Church with 
the Rev. Ral Alsbrook officiating.  
Burial was in Lowland Community Cemetery.  
The family received friends from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Bryant Funeral Home.
