Richard "Dick" Cribb died Friday, July 8, 2005 at home.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Kitty Cribb, on July 5, 2005.
A joint memorial service was held at Vandemere United Methodist Church on 
Friday, July 8.
He was a member of Vandemere United Methodist church, a retired businessman
and golf pro.
He coached Pamlico County High School golf for more than 10 years and was 
active in Relay for Life.
He is survived by his brother, Ben Cribb of Anacortes, Washington; 
step-sons, Paul Whorton and wife, Belinda, of Arapahoe and Robert Whorton 
of Seattle, Washington; and grandchildren, John Slade Whorton and Shannon 
Cara Whorton.
