MARIBEL - Ella Louise Jones, 44, of 4950 Hwy. 304, Maribel died Tuesday, 
February 1, 2011 at her residence.
She attended the Pamlico County School System and was formerly employed as 
a seafood processor. She was an active member of St. Galilee M. B. Church. 
Funeral services will be 3 p.m., Sunday at St. Galilee M. B. Church in 
Maribel with the Rev. L. A. Dillahunt officiating. Burial follows in the 
Gibbs Family Cemetery. 
She is survived by three daughters, Vantashia Jones of Washington, N.C., 
Shontel Jones of Vandemere and Quashia Lews of Maribel; her father,
Roosevelt Bess, Sr., of Bayboro; one brother, Roosevelt Bess, Jr., of 
Bayboro; and one sister, Renee Hodges of Bayboro.
The family will receive friends at the residence.
Viewing will be at Oscar's Mortuary Friday from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. and 
Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Online condolences are accepted at
