Ellis S. Worthington, 62, of Creston, W. Va., died Dec. 2 unexpectedly 
near his home.  
He was born in Pamlico County, N.C., and was a self-employed contractor.  
He is survived by sons, Charles S. Worthington of Havelock, N.C., Ellis 
Dean Worthington and William Ray Worthington, both of Akron; daughter, 
Miss Debbie Sue Worthington of Naples, Fla.; brother, Brian Worthington of 
South Carolina; sister, Mrs. Ava Lewis of Virginia; four grandchildren.  
Memorial services will be held Thursday, 10:30 a.m., at the Stump Funeral 
Home in Grantsville, W. Va., with Rev. Edgar Cooper officiating. There 
will be no visitation.
