Obituary of Ernest L Emery ~ 1995

Ernest L. Emery, 91, of New Portland Road, formerly of Melbourne, Fla., 
died Tuesday at his residence.  
He was born in Hobucken, N.C., a son of Louis W. and Caroline V. Alcock 
Emery, and attended the Naval Radio School in Great Lakes, Ill. Mr. Emery 
was an electrician for the Naval Shipyard in Norfolk, Va., for 33 years, 
retiring in 1959.  
He was a Navy veteran. He was a 32nd-degree Mason at the Melbourne (Fla.) 
Lodge.  
His first wife, Margaret Emery, died previously.  
Surviving are his wife, Mary C. Emery; two sons, Lloyd Emery of Great 
Falls, Va., and Marcus Emery of West Palm Beach, Fla.; a daughter, Jean 
Leek of Melbourne, Fla.; nine grandchildren and a great-grandchild.  
Burial will be private. 
Arrangements are by Hay & Peabody, Portland.
