Bayboro- Esther Bell Griffin, 84, of Bayboro died Monday, December 28 at 
Britthaven of New Bern.
Graveside service was held Thursday, December 31, 2 p.m. at Sandhill Cemetery
with the Rev. Lee Toler officiating.
She is survived by sons, Charlie Griffin, Bobby Joe Griffin, and James Harold 
Griffin, all of Bayboro, Melton Griffin and Raymond Earl Griffin, both of 
Grantsboro, Don Gene Griffin of Manteo; brothers, Redden L Woolard of Washington
NC and Floyd Woolard of Virginia Beach, Va; 34 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren
and three great-great-grandchildren.
