ALLIANCE - Hannah Jewell Rowe, 100, of Alliance died Thursday, December 31 at Britthaven of Pamlico. Graveside service was held Saturday, January 2, 11 a.m. at Sandhill Cemetery with the Rev Bob Yates officiating. She is survived by one son, Cecil Rowe of Alliance. Arrangements by Bryant Funeral Home in Alliance.
