REELSBORO - James Richard “Rick” McIntosh, 58, died Wednesday, Aug. 29, 
2007.  
He was a commercial fisherman for more than 30 years. 
He was a member and elder of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day 
Saints.  
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Church of Jesus 
Christ of Latter-day Saints in New Bern.  
Burial will be in Sandhill Cemetery in Reelsboro.  
He is survived by his wife, Tenzy McIntosh of the home; three daughters, 
Crystal Brown, Melissa Trejo and Jessica McIntosh, all of Jacksonville; 
one son, Allen McIntosh of Hampstead; one stepson, Chad Parker of 
Oriental; father, James Washington McIntosh of Castle Hayne; mother, 
Barbara Cowan Shepard of Jacksonville; and two sisters, Ann Shephard of 
Jacksonville and Sherry Glover of Tennessee.
