James W. Worthington, 62, of Indian Rocks Beach, died Monday
Sep 4 1989 at University General Hospital, Seminole. 
He was born in Mesic, N.C., and came here in 1969 from Dayton, Ohio. 
He owned the Liberty Motel, Indian Rocks Beach. 
Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth; two sons, Edward, Clearwater, and 
Fred, Port St. Lucie; two brothers, Ellis, Creston, W.Va., and Brian, 
Columbia, S.C.; a sister, Ava Lewis, Seaford, Va.; eight grandchildren; 
and four great-grandchildren. Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park, Clearwater.
