Jeffrey Dwain Banks, 21, of New Bern died March 26, 2008. 

He was a member of Broad Street Christian Church and a graduate of Pamlico 
High School.

He is survived by his parents, Steve and Theresa Banks; two brothers, 
Stephen and Daniel, all of Grantsboro; paternal grandparents, Paul and 
Rowena Banks of New Bern; and maternal grandmother, Enid Brown of 
Shreveport, La.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, March 31, 2008, at Cotten Chapel 
with the Rev. Karen Snyder and the Rev. Kenny Connor officiating. Burial 
will follow at Greenleaf Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m.
Sunday at Cotten Funeral Home.
