Obituary of Jennings Bryan Tingle ~ 2007

MERRITT - Jennings Bryan Tingle Sr., 80, died Thursday, Aug. 16, 2007, at 
Britthaven of Pamlico.
He was a retired farmer and had served in the Merchant Marines during World
War II. He was a member of Oriental Mt. Vernon Masonic Lodge No. 359 and 
the New Bern Shrine Club.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Lakeside Chapel at 
Greenleaf Memorial Park, with the Rev. Richard Baldwin officiating.
He is survived by his wife, Fannie Rowe Tingle, and one son, Jimmy Tingle 
of Merritt.
The family will receive friends at Bryant Funeral Home from 4 to 6 p.m. 
Sunday and other times at the home of his son, 101 John Deere Lane, Merritt.
