Jimmy E. Phillips, 57, of Dover, died Tuesday, February 16, 2010. 
He was a member of Grantsboro/Silverhill Volunteer Fire Department.
He is survived by his mother, Mildred Phillips; brothers, James “Eddie” 
Phillips and Dennis Ray Phillips; sisters, Elizabeth “Libby” White, Belva 
Phillips and Marie Overby; and several nieces and nephews. 
A graveside service was held February 21 at Sandhill Cemetery in Reelsboro 
with the Rev. Lee Toler officiating. Visitation was held from February 19 
at Bryant Funeral Home.
