NEW BERN - Johnnie Mack Perry, 66, 814 Charmer Court, died Wednesday, May 
11, 2011, at Kindred Hospital, Greensboro.  
He was a native of Oriental and attended Pamlico High School. He was 
formerly employed as a warehouse supervisor for Airway Moving & Storage. 
His funeral will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 17, 2011, at West Street 
Christian Church with the Rev. R. E. Midgette Sr. officiating. Burial will 
be in Odd Fellow Cemetery, Oriental. 
He is survived by his wife, Karen Karo Williams Perry of the home; two 
sons, Terry Fonville of California and Shawn Fonville of Newport News, VA; 
two daughters, Sonia Fonville and Monique Perry, both of New Bern; one 
brother, James Carter Perry of Oriental; and eight grandchildren. 
The family will receive friends at the residence. Viewing will be from 10 
a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, at Oscar's Mortuary.
