Joseph McCola Heath, 85, of 104 Watson St., died Thursday, Dec. 21, 1995.  
He was born in Pamlico County, and lived most of his life in Windsor. Mr. 
Heath was a member of Cashie Baptist Church, Charity Lodge (NU)5 and was a 
partner in Cowan and Heath Grocery Store.  
Survivors include a daughter, Sarah H. Wagoner of Kitty Hawk, N.C.; a son, 
Ronald J. Heath of Windsor; a sister, Margaret H. Tarravechia of New Bern, 
N.C.; a niece, Juanita Smith of New Bern; and four grandchildren. 
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 24, 1995, in Cashie Baptist
Church by the Rev. Jack Byrd. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery. 
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today in Walker Funeral
