BAYBORO - Joseph A. Price, 77, died Wednesday, July 18, 2007, at his home.  
His funeral will be at 11 a.m. today at Vandemere Independent Baptist 
Church with the Revs. Percy Braswell and Ray Griffin officiating.  
Burial will be in Celestial Memorial Gardens.  
He is survived by his wife, Rachel S. Price; one son, Rodney Price and his 
wife, Barbara, of Strongsville, Ohio; two daughters, Charlotte P. Jones 
and her husband, William, of Bayboro and Elaine P. Ritter and her husband, 
Brantley, of Rocky Point; one brother, Edwin Price, of Smithfield; four 
sisters, Lee Alma Williams of Dunn, Betty Brown of Wilmington, Daisy 
Cromwell of Royal Retreat, Va., and Doris McCormick of Del Ray Beach, Fla.;
and four grandchildren, Rachel Abbott and her husband, John, Joseph Jones, 
Nell Price and Abbi Price.  
The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. today at the church just
before the funeral service.
