Obituary of Louise Voliva Walker ~ 2009

Louise V. Walker, 80, of Vandemere, died Tuesday, May 5, 2009, at Craven 
Regional Medical Center.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Odell Walker.
She is survived by three sons, Julius Walker and wife, Lora, of Bayboro, 
James Walker and wife, Gloria, of New Bern, and Stanley Walker of 
Grantsboro; one brother, Fred Voliva of Vandemere; four grandchildren; and 
five great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 7, at Bryant 
Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Francis Garner officiating. Interment 
will follow in Celestial Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the 
funeral home.
