Obituary of Margaret Becker ~ 2005

Margaret Becker, 79, wife of loving husband, Philip Becker, of Arapahoe, 
North Carolina passed away on April 19th, 2005.  
Margaret was a graduate of Farmingdale University, New York. Her degree in 
Horticulture allowed her to do extensive work in greenhouse management. 
She was an active conservationist, and a lover of nature in all forms. In 
addition to being an ongoing advocate for other worthy causes like the 
underprivileged and the protection of the environment, Margaret was active 
in the Girl Scouts for many years as a leader.  
She is survived by her husband Philip, son Philip of Bellingham, WA, 
daughter Kate of Sayville, NY, daughter Jane of Ouogue, NY and daughter 
Margaret of Nashville, TN. She also leaves behind two loving grandchildren,
Whitney and Colleen.  We celebrate her and her extraordinary spirit.
