Marlene Lupton Baker, 70, of Britthaven of Pamlico, formerly of Lowland, 
died Thursday, April 2, 2009, at Craven Regional Medical Center.   
She was a member of Lowland Church of Christ.   
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 4, at 
Lowland Community Cemetery with the Rev. Earl Sadler Jr. officiating.   
She is survived by her sister, Mildred L. "Duckie" Carawan of Lowland.
