BATH - Mary Respess Flowers, 78, of 1248 Bayview Road in Bath died April 
15 at Pitt County Memorial Hospital in Greenville. 
A funeral service is announced for Tuesday, April 18, 1 pm, at Paul 
Funeral Home Chapel with David W. Mason officiating with burial in 
Blackwell Cemetery in Oriental. She was retired from Beaufort County 
Hospital as a Registered Nurse.  
She is survived by her husband, Ira Linwood Flowers of the home; one 
sister, Jonice Sanacore of Staten Island, NY; and two grandchildren. 
She is preceded in death by two sons, Paul Randall Flowers and Alan Dale 
flowers, her daughter, Valrie Lynn Flowers and one sister, Jacklynn 
Respess.
