PILOT POINT - Nancy Lupton Vernon of Pilot Point, a retired ballet teacher,
died Wednesday at a Denton hospital. She was 89.
Graveside service will be 1 p.m. Monday in the Fort Logan National Cemetery
in Denver.
Schmitz-Floyd-Hamlett Funeral Home in Denton is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Vernon was born in Bayboro, N.C. She lived in Denton County for five 
years. She was a Methodist.
Survivors: Two daughters, Julia Ahlman of Bella Vista, Ark., and Nancy P. 
Mohr of Krum; sister, Etha Wingate of Raleigh, N.C.; six grandchildren; 
and three great-grandchildren.
