Nellie Whorton Davenport, 84, of Plant City, died Thursday at home. 
Born in Whortonville, N.C., she came here in 1941 from Atlanta. She was a 
homemaker. She was a member of the Woman's Club of Plant City, the E.C.W 
and the Alter Guild. She was a member of St. Peter's Episcopal Church. 
Survivors include a brother, Riley Whorton, Glen Arm, Md. Wells Memorial 
Funeral Home, Plant City.
