CHARLOTTE - Norma Jane Jones, 63, 5667 Kimmerly Woods Dr., died Saturday, 
Feb. 26, 2011, at Lavine & Dickson Hospice House, Huntersville.
She was a graduate of the Pamlico County School System and was a retired 
customer service representative for Allstate Insurance.
Services will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, March 5, 2011, at Oscar's 
Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Jeff Smith officiating. The burial will 
follow in New Bern Memorial Cemetery.
She is survived by her two sons, Derek Jones of Charlotte, N.C. and 
Antoine Jones of Baltimore, Md.; six brothers, Hubert Jones of Charlotte, 
Danny Smith and Gary Jones, both of New Bern, Eric Smith of Greensboro, 
Jay Smith of Bridgeton, Thomas Jones of Augusta, Ga.; six sisters, 
Constance Jackson, Shirley Jones-Gaines and Tina Jones Smith, all of New 
Bern, Alma Jones-Harris of Kannapolis, Barbara Jones and Debra 
Jones-Washington, both of Merritt; eleven grandchildren; four 
great-grandchildren; and stepfather, the Rev. Stacy Smith of New Bern.
The family will receive friends at the residence of Constance Jackson, 
1115 Cherrytree Drive.
Viewing will be from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, at Oscar's Mortuary.
