BROOKLYN, N.Y. - Norris Tripp, 58, died Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2012, at Methodist
Hospital, Brooklyn, N.Y.   
He was native of Pamlico County.   
A celebration of life service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 11, 
2012, at Lawrence H. Woodard Funeral Home, 1 Troy Avenue, Brooklyn, N.Y.   
He is survived by his mother, Edith K. Tripp of New Bern; wife, Delores 
King Tripp of the home; one son, Justice Norris Tripp of Brooklyn, N.Y.; 
one brother, William Martin Tripp Jr. of New Haven, Conn.; five sisters, 
Maldean Tripp Riley of Poctaligo, S.C., Elma Tripp Miller of New Bern, 
Peggy Tripp Squires, Ramona Tripp Norris and Shelia Tripp, all of Brooklyn,
N.Y; two grandchildren.   
The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.   
Arrangements are by Lawrence H. Woodard Funeral Home., Brooklyn, N.Y.
