Obituary of Odell M. Jones ~ 2006

ORIENTAL - Odell M. Jones, 59, of 1192 Pamlico Road, died Wednesday, Dec. 
20, 2006, at Craven Regional Medical Center.  
He retired from Helene Medical Center, Trenton, N.J., and was a member of 
Galilee U.C. of Christ, where he was a choir member.  
Funeral will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Galilee United Church of Christ with 
the Rev. James Ingram officiating.  
Burial will be in Hall Cemetery, Oriental.  
He is survived by one son, Corey Styron of Goldsboro; one brother, Earnest 
Jones of Trenton, N.J.; and two sisters, Lena Bell Jones McNeil of Albany, 
N.Y., and Annie Ruth Jones Simon of the home.  
The family will receive friends at the residence.  
Viewing will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. today at Oscar’s Mortuary, New Bern,
and one hour prior to the service Wednesday at the church.
