MINNESOTT BEACH - Pamela Mumford Edwards, 63, died Monday, January 9 at 
Craven Regional Medical Center. 
A memorial service was held Thursday, January 12, 1:00 pm, at Arapahoe 
Free Will Baptist Church with the Rev. Tommy Bulla officiating.  
She was a member of Arapahoe Free Will Baptist Church.  
She is survived by her husband, Robert "Bob" Edwards; one daughter, Mary 
Long and husband, John, of Dacula, GA; two stepdaughters, Debbie Pearson 
and husband, B.J., of Gainesville, GA, and Virginia Watson and husband, 
Jeff, of Gastonia; one sister, Norma Schipper of Goldsboro; seven 
granddaughters, Leslie Person, Holly Long, Sara Long, Jamie Chambers, 
Jillian Long, Lindsey Long and Rebecca Long; and one great-grandson, 
Nathan Long.  She was preceded in death by her parents, James E. and 
Mary Burton Mumford, her son, Bobby Edwards, and her brother, Bobby 
Mumford.
