LOWLAND - Pauline H. Smith, 73, died Tuesday, August 31 at Craven Regional 
Medical Center. 
A graveside service was held Saturday, 1 pm, in Maysville Cemetery in 
Maysville, WV.  
She is survived by her son, Foster Watts, Jr. of Bayboro; daughter, 
Roxanne Watts Paul of Alliance; two sisters, Maxine Kneval of Baltimore, 
MD and Reva Shirley of Keyser, WV; and three grandchildren. 
She was preceded in death by her husband, Foster Vernon Watts, Sr., and 
two sons, Troy Lee Watts and Wesley J. Watts.
