GRANTSBORO - Penelope "Penny" Rose Swindell, 47, died Thursday, Nov. 29, 
2007 at Britthaven of Havelock.  
She was a member of Goose Creek Pentecostal Holiness Church.  
She is survived by her mother, Judy Heath, of Grantsboro; one daughter, 
Sina-Ann Si-lance, and fiancé, Jon Moore, of New Bern; three brothers, 
James Meekins Jr. and wife Tina of Grantsboro, Randy Heath and wife 
Christi of Aurora and Donald F. Heath Jr. and wife Sally of Grantsboro; 
one sister, Kim D. Heath, of Grantsboro; and one niece, Raven Heath.  
A graveside service will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m., at the Paul Cemetery 
in Silverhill, with the Rev. Cindy Midgette officiating.  
The family will receive friends at the cemetery on Tuesday from 1 to 2 
p.m., just before the graveside service.  
Arrangements are by Bryant Funeral Home & Cremations, Alliance.
