Obituary of Phillip Allen Harris ~ 2009

GRANTSBORO - Phillip Allen Harris, 67, of Grantsboro died Sunday, Feb. 22, 
2009, in Salome, Ariz.  
He served in the U.S. Navy and was a Vietnam veteran.  
He is survived by his wife, Janet V. Harris; one son, Mark Harris of 
Kennels Beach; and four sisters, Dorothy Nessrodt of Willow Springs, 
Bevoline Brooks of Raleigh, Laura Dupree of Raleigh and Mary Toler of 
Kennels Beach.  
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 3, at Bryant 
Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Penny Dollar Farmer officiating. The 
family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
