Phoebe Louise Taylor, 79, 920 Wingo St., Orlando, died Sunday. 
Born in Oriental, N.C., she moved to Orlando from Suffolk, Va., in 1926. 
She was a homemaker. 
Survivors: son, Edward P., Orlando; sisters, Lois Mocabee, Nellie Short, 
both of Oxford, Ala., Omar Fulford, Farmville, N.C.; brothers, Bill Perry, 
Kissimmee, Tom Perry, Florence, S.C.; four grandchildren; eight 
great-grandchildren. Baldwin-Fairchild Funeral Home, Goldenrod.
