ARAPAHOE - Ralph T. Hawkins Jr., 80, died Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2005, at 
Britthaven of Pamlico.  
He had been a heavy duty equipment operator and farmer. He served in the 
U.S. Navy during World War II.  No funeral is planned. He will be buried 
at Ft. Myers Memorial Park, Ft. Myers, Fla.  
He is survived by his widow, Joy G. Hawkins; one son, Ralph T. Hawkins III 
of Pensacola, Fla.; three stepsons, Mike Padilla of Arapahoe and Gary 
Padilla and Barry Padilla of Oriental; three stepdaughters, Audrey Westra 
of Ft. Myers, Fla., Cindy Davis of Arapahoe and Celia Barnett of Oriental; 
and four grandchildren.
