ORIENTAL - Rhona Cristall Downs, 79, died November 21, 2006 at Gardens of 
Pamlico.  
Graveside service will be 10 a.m. Monday, December 18, at Arlington 
National Cemetery, where she will be inurned with her husband, Russell 
F. Downs who preceded her in death.  
She is survived by a son, Aaron James Downs of Canada; a daughter, 
Cristall D. Lee; and a niece, Noelle Montague Friedman of Santa Fe, N.M.
