Richard Glenn Tingle, 67, of Havelock died Thursday, February 26, 2009 at 
his home. 
Richard was a home inspector (retired) and a member of the Newport Moose 
Lodge # 2194.
He was predeceased by his mother and father, Richard Thomas and Pearl 
Midgette Tingle, brothers, Winfield Tingle and Talmage Tingle, and sister, 
Peggy Tingle Norsdrom. 
He is survived by his fiancée, Loretta Brown of Havelock, three daughters, 
Kimberly F. Wallace of Cary, NC, Robin G. Henkel of Newport News, VA. and 
Jennifer A. Morin of Herndon, VA; brother, Loren Tingle of Lewisville, NC, 
sisters, Ann Tingle Tetterton of Washington, NC and Emma Tingle Paul of 
Garden City, SC; seven grandchildren and a special friend, Betty 
Weatherholtz of Havelock.  
A memorial service will be held at the Newport Moose Lodge #. 2194 456 
Roberts Rd. on Saturday, March 7, 2009 at 2:00 PM. 
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the Moose 
Lodge.
