Roberta T. Hewitt, 58, of Valrico, died Sunday. 
Born in McDowell, Ky., she came here 23 years ago from Vandemere, N.C.  
She was a Baptist. 
Survivors include her husband, James, Valrico; two sons, Bobby, Riverview, 
and Chester, Wimauma; nine daughters, Marie Thomas, Wimauma, Peggy Barbie, 
Tampa, Daphne Mullins, Valrico, Eva Tatom, Plant City, Roberta Ranger, 
Valrico; Patricia Rayside, Gibsonton, Myra Hewitt, Valrico, Brenda Rowe, 
Valrico, and Tammy Hatfield, Thonotosassa; two sisters, Elizabeth Tackett,
Valrico, and Gracie Jockobson, Pocatello, Idaho; 28 grandchildren and a 
great-grandchild. Stowers Funeral Home, Brandon.
