LOWLAND - Rodney Eugene Hopkins, 45, died Tuesday, September 27, 2011, 
while on his fishing vessel, "God's Grace" in South Carolina.   
He is survived by his two daughters, Darrow H. Buck and husband, Joey, of 
Reelsboro and Jordan Hopkins of Bayboro; fiancé, Suzanne Dudley and her 
daughter, Gabrielle "Brie" Whealton; his father, Ronald Hopkins of 
Chocowinity; his mother, Peggy Ross of Lowland; step-father, Warren W
illiams of Lowland; sister, Denise Williams of Lowland; grandson, Braxton 
Buck; one nephew; and two nieces.  
A memorial service will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, October 1, at Bryant 
Funeral Home with the Rev. Blaney Rowe and the Rev. Bud Hopkins officiating.   
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the 
funeral home.  
Arrangements are by Bryant Funeral Home & Cremations, Alliance.
