Obituary of Roy "Bobo" Macleavon Smith Jr ~ 2009

Roy "Bobo" Macleavon Smith Jr., 41, of 148 Park Ave., Bayboro, died 
Tuesday, March 24, 2009, in New Jersey.  
He was a 1987 graduate of Pamlico County High School and was employed as 
a commercial fisherman with Smith & Smith Inc.  
His funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, March 30, 2009, at New 
Bern Eastern M.B. Association Headquarters, 855 N.C. 306 North, 
Grantsboro, with the Rev. Tony Credle officiating. Burial will be in the 
Clyde Smith Sr. Cemetery, in Mesic. 
He is survived by his father, Royal M. Smith Sr., and mother, Hazel Gibbs 
Smith of the home; three sons, Devon Smith of Durham, Johnathan Smith and 
Jerimiah Smith of Whitesboro, N.J.; and one brother, Jamie L. Smith of the 
home. 
Viewing will be from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Oscar's Mortuary and from noon 
to 1:45 p.m. Monday, at the New Bern Eastern M.B. Association Headquarters,
prior to the service.
