ORIENTAL - Russell F. Downs, 86, died Thursday, April 15 at his home. 
A graveside service is planned for Arlington National Cemetery.  
He served his country in the US Army during World War II and was a 
retired oil consultant.  
He is survived by his wife, Rhona C. Downs; one son, Aaron James Downs 
of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada; and one daughter, Cristall Lee of Oriental  
Arrangements by Bryant Funeral Home and Cremations of Alliance.
