Obituary of Samuel James Welborn ~ 2011

Samuel James Welborn, 50, died Saturday, Aug. 20, 2011, at CarolinaEast 
Medical Center.  
He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Phyllis Welborn.  
He is survived by his son, Brandon Welborn of the home; and one sister, 
Terri Lewis and husband, the Rev. Ray Lewis, of Grantsboro.  
Funeral service will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday, Aug. 24, at Bryant Funeral
Home Chapel with the Rev. Ray Lewis officiating.  
Interment will follow immediately in Sandhill Cemetery.  
The family will receive friends Tuesday night from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the 
funeral home.
