Obituary of Shirley Hall Green ~ 2008

ORIENTAL - Shirley Hall Green, 74, of 2674 Kershaw Road died at Onslow 
Memorial Hospital.  
She was a member of St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church, where she 
participated in the choir, and was a member of the Community Quartet. 
She retired as an aircraft assembler from NARF, Cherry Point.  The funeral 
service will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday at Pilgrim Chapel Missionary Baptist 
Church, Oriental, with the Rev. James Williams and the Rev. S.G. Willis 
officiating. Burial will be in St. Stephen Church cemetery.  
She is survived by her son, Billy Hall Sr. of the home, and one sister, 
Lucille Williams of Wilmington.  
Viewing will be at Oscar's Mortuary 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday and at the 
church one hour prior to the service.
