Obituary of Shirley Faye Lupton Sawyer ~ 2009

Shirley Faye Lupton Sawyer, 60, of Hobucken died Friday, Sept. 25, 2009 at 
home.
She was a member of Hobucken United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alton and Senie Lupton, and 
sister, Mary Lupton Hardison.
She is survived by her husband, Bill Sawyer Sr.; her son, Bill Sawyer Jr., 
and wife, Kristi, of Mesic; her daughter, Tina Sawyer Gray and husband, 
Trevor, of Alliance; one brother, William Durwood Lupton of Hobucken; one 
sister, Ella Bulloch of New Bern; and one grandson, Bill "Punky" Sawyer III.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 29 at Bryant 
Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Lee Toler officiating. Interment will 
follow in Grantsboro cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Bryant Funeral 
Home.
